Jertbuzz Terms and Conditions

1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the jertbuzz platform in any way — including browsing the website, downloading the app, making a deposit, or placing a bet — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions in full.

These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and jertbuzz. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the jertbuzz platform. Continued use of jertbuzz after any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

2Eligibility

To register and play on jertbuzz, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must be a resident of a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by local law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a jertbuzz employee.
• You must not be self-excluded from jertbuzz or any affiliated platform.
• You must be registering on your own behalf, not on behalf of another person.

Jertbuzz reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If a player is found to be underage, their account will be closed immediately, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposits will be returned minus any amounts already wagered.

3Account Registration

Each person may hold only one jertbuzz account . Duplicate accounts are not permitted under any circumstances. If jertbuzz detects multiple accounts linked to the same person — identified by name, address, device, IP address, or payment method — all duplicate accounts will be closed and any bonuses claimed across those accounts will be voided.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information. This includes your real name, date of birth, and a valid contact method. Providing false information during registration is a breach of these terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.

You are responsible for keeping your jertbuzz login credentials secure. Do not share your username or password with anyone. Jertbuzz will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission, contact support immediately.

4Deposits

Jertbuzz accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There are no deposit fees charged by jertbuzz, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Deposits are credited to your jertbuzz account in real time in most cases. If a deposit does not appear within 15 minutes, contact our support team with your transaction reference number and we will investigate promptly.

• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Third-party deposits — where someone else funds your account — are not permitted.
• Jertbuzz reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership at any time.
• Deposits made in error cannot always be reversed. Contact support as quickly as possible if you deposit an incorrect amount.

5Withdrawals

Jertbuzz processes withdrawals 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The average withdrawal time is under 15 minutes for verified accounts. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200.

Before your first withdrawal, you must complete identity verification (KYC). You will be asked to submit a valid government-issued photo ID. This is a one-time process and is required to protect both you and jertbuzz from fraud.

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever possible.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• Jertbuzz reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing large withdrawals.
• Bonus funds must meet wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. See Section 6 for details.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if jertbuzz has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity on the account.

If your withdrawal has not arrived within 2 hours of approval, please contact our support team. We will investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

6Bonuses & Vouchers

Jertbuzz offers bonuses, promotions, and vouchers to both new and existing players. All offers are subject to the specific terms displayed in the Voucher section at the time the offer is claimed. General bonus rules are as follows:

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds.
• Wagering requirements and expiry dates are clearly stated for each offer in the Voucher section.
• Bonuses are issued to one account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Jertbuzz reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• If jertbuzz determines that a bonus has been claimed in bad faith or through abuse, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be voided.
• Bonus funds are used before real money funds when placing bets, unless stated otherwise in the specific offer terms.

7Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on jertbuzz use a certified random number generator (RNG) to determine outcomes. The RNG is independently tested and certified to ensure that results are genuinely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated.

For instant games including Monster Plinko, Boom Legend, Blocky Block, and Rise of Apollo, jertbuzz provides provably fair verification. After each round, you can verify the outcome using the seed hash displayed in the game result screen.

• The published return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game represents the theoretical long-term average payout. Individual sessions may vary significantly from this figure.
• In the event of a technical fault during a game round, jertbuzz reserves the right to void the round and return the stake to the player.
• Game results displayed on the jertbuzz platform are final. Results cannot be reversed after a round has been completed and settled, except in cases of a verified technical error.
• Jertbuzz is not responsible for losses resulting from a player's misunderstanding of game rules. Game rules are available within each game interface.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jertbuzz. Engaging in any of these will result in immediate account suspension and may result in legal action:

• Bonus abuse: Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, or exploiting bonus terms in a way that was clearly not intended.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your payment provider after funds have been used on jertbuzz.
• Money laundering: Using jertbuzz to deposit, wager, and withdraw funds for the purpose of disguising their origin.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, or any automated software to interact with jertbuzz games or systems.
• Hacking or exploitation: Attempting to access jertbuzz systems without authorisation, or exploiting any software bug or vulnerability.
• Impersonation: Registering under another person's name or using another person's payment method.

9Account Suspension & Closure

Jertbuzz reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The account holder has breached any part of these terms and conditions.
• The account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive purposes.
• The account holder has provided false information during registration or verification.
• The account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to jertbuzz or other players.

If your account is closed for a breach of these terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach. If your account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach — for example, at your own request — your remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method after any pending wagering requirements are resolved.

Players may request account closure at any time by contacting jertbuzz support. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum cooling-off period.

10Responsible Gaming

Jertbuzz is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide a range of tools to help players stay in control of their gaming activity:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account.
• Loss limits: Restrict the amount you can lose within a defined period.

12Limitation of Liability

Jertbuzz provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While we work hard to maintain uptime and reliability, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or free from technical errors.

• Jertbuzz is not liable for losses resulting from platform downtime, technical faults, or interruptions to internet connectivity.
• Jertbuzz is not liable for losses resulting from a player's own decisions, including decisions made based on a misunderstanding of game rules or bonus terms.
• In the event of a verified technical error that results in an incorrect game outcome or payout, jertbuzz reserves the right to correct the error, which may include reversing a payout.
• Jertbuzz's total liability to any player in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the incident.

Nothing in these terms limits jertbuzz's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13Changes to These Terms

Jertbuzz may update these terms and conditions at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, where reasonably practicable.

The date of the most recent update is shown at the top of this page. Continued use of jertbuzz after the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you must stop using jertbuzz and may request account closure.
